My third portfolio revision is going to be my Once Upon a Time book cover and 2 title pages.

Once Upon a Time Cover - I am not planning to change anything about this other than the yellow color in the background. Just so it doesn't print out as an almost green color.

The Princess and the Pea Title Page - I am going to change the yellow background color, I am going to change the font of the word 'pea', and I am going to find another text to work with.

The Red Shoes Title Page - I am going to change the yellow color, possibly change the 'once upon a time' at the top to something different, and find a different font for the text.

Any other suggestions? (Also, The Princess and the Pea and The Red Shoe color is much brighter on my computer.)

Once Upon a Time Cover - I slightly changed the yellow background color.

The Princess and the Pea Title Page - I slightly changed the yellow background color. I drew and scanned in the word 'pea', I changed the text to Bodoni Book, 10 pt. I also put the texture over the top of the whole page. I think the white lettering looks much organic and has the feel I'm going for.

The Red Shoes Title Page - I slightly changed the yellow background color, and also changed the font to Bodoni Book, 10 pt. I moved the 'Once Upon A Time' down to the center, and moved 'The Red Shoes' lettering up to the top of the page.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

The second revision for my portfolio is going to be my Mercy Corps book cover design. The changes I am going to make are the following: smaller Mercy Corps logo, pull picture down on the page a little bit more, also maybe crop the photo. I am going to take all of the comments on Voicethread under consideration. Maybe I will change the picture altogether. Any other suggestions?

This is the Mercy Corp Book cover revision I did. I cropped the photo differently, made the colors brighter and the picture sharper, I downsized the Mercy Corp logo, and I put the text further down on the page.

My portfolio class requires that we revise our projects that we have done previously this year and last year. For my first revision, I choose my Garden of Eden layout design. I am going to be changing: the font of the subheads and pull quote, the hyphenation issues occurring within the text, and the margin and spacing in the green side-bars. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thank you!

Garden of Eden

This is the Garden of Eden of revision I did. I really like how the main text feels now. The only thing that I would still like to change would be the text within the green box. For about an hour now, I have tried several different variations of the font and spacing inside of the green box. I need to come back to it at a later date. Suggestions are still appreciated.
